The 17th Management Review Meeting (RTM-17)
The 17th Management Review Meeting (RTM-17) was held on Monday, August 6, 2018, at the Main Meeting Room of Campus 1 UAD. RTM is an activity that provides guidance to central management/faculty/office/institute levels to conduct periodic and continuous evaluations of quality systems and learning. The RTM agenda primarily included the presentation of the results of AMI-17 related to accreditation document for study programs and business processes. Additionally, updates on previous RTM follow-ups and the results of the Internal Financial Audit (AIK) were also presented. RTM was chaired directly by the rector and attended by all auditees.
In the 17th Management Review Meeting, it was also announced which faculties and programs are eligible to receive certificates and incentive rewards for quality target measurement and quality implementation. These certificates and incentives are awarded to faculties and study programs that have implemented quality assurance according to standard operating procedures (SOP) and have measured the achievement of quality targets together with Quality System Controllers (PSM). The determination of certificate and incentive recipients is based on:
- The scrutiny of data obtained from faculties and programs related to the results of AMI implementation.
- Selection and evaluation of data resulting in the best performance from faculties and programs, which are then divided into categories of excellent undergraduate programs (S1), excellent graduate programs (S2), and excellent faculties. Each category is further divided into ranks I, II, III, and IV.
Four undergraduate programs (S1), four graduate programs (S2), and four faculties have successfully received certificates and incentive rewards for quality implementation. The first rank in the excellent undergraduate program category (S1) is achieved by the English Language Education Program (PBI) S1. The first rank in the excellent graduate program category (S2) is achieved by the English Language Education Program (PBI) S2. The first rank in the excellent faculty category is achieved by the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP). As for certificates and incentive rewards for quality target measurement, they are awarded to 18 programs, including Development Economics, Management, Communication Science, etc.
With the organization of the 17th Management Review Meeting, it is hoped that auditees will promptly follow up on the findings, take immediate corrective actions, and pay attention to document completeness to achieve an increase in the accreditation rank of the programs.
