On Thursday, August 26, 2021, Mr. Imam Santosa, S.T., M.T. as Head of BPM Internal Quality Audit, was invited by the University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo (UMSIDA), to be a speaker in the refresh auditor event. The event was carried out online from 08.30 to 11.20 WIB.

In this activity, Mr. Imam had the opportunity to explain the mechanism and system for implementing the internal quality audit (AMI) that has been tried by UAD. In addition, he explained the good practice of implementing AMI at UAD, which among other things can foster a quality culture in every line of the organization.

As one of the experienced internal quality auditors, he also talked about the indicators of success in implementing internal quality audits in universities. Follow-up improvements from the auditee and implementation of recommendations, is one of the indicators of a successful AMI.

On September 10, 2021, BPM UAD received a benchmarking visit from LPM of Universitas Muhammadiyah Bangka Belitung. The online activity was attended by Dr. apt. Nining Sugihartini, M.Si. as Head of UAD BPM, Mr. Imam Santosa, S.T., M.T. as Head. AMI, Mr. Agung Kristanto, M.T., Ph.D. as Head. AME & Rekognisi, and Mr. Rizqa Awalia Rahman, S.E., M.Acc. as Head. Financial Audit at BPM UAD. Meanwhile, from LPM Universitas Muhammadiyah Bangka Belitung sent 2 representatives; Mrs. Winda Purnama Sari, M.Pd. and Mrs. Diana Pramesti, M.Pd.

This activity aims to share experiences and best practices related to the implementation of SPMI in each university. In the discussion, which lasted for about 3 hours, it was agreed that university-level cooperation would be proposed, and one of the implementations of the collaboration was in the field of quality assurance.
