In order to finalize the work plan, BPM held an internal meeting for 2 days which took place at the Buzz Room POP Hotel Timoho. The first day of the workshop was held on Friday, January 5, 2018. The workshop took place from 08.00 – 17.00 and was divided into 2 sessions. The first session was attended by 10 participants, namely Vice-Rector II, Ka. bids. Financial, Ka. Unit Monevin, Ka. PPM Unit, Ka. Unit AIK, Ka. KHP Unit, Head of BPM and 3 BPM staffs. The first session of the workshop discussed the work plan of the AIK unit, including the Budget Negotiation Mechanism and Revision of Budget SOPs. The results of the discussion in the first session of the workshop included changes to the RAPB standards; changes in investment standards; the need for new quality standards (ownership standards, profit sharing, operational costs, AIK, finance) for business units, study centers, and institutions; the need for standard management of grant acquisition (standard for matching funds, standard for asset procurement and handover to institutions); the need for revision of the procurement SOP (auction); the need for ethical standards and compliance; the need for revisions to SOPs for budget preparation (mechanism for changing budget items, adjusting SIPERU with budget items, Nego Costing mechanisms, planning-implementing-reporting); IK needs that regulate budgeting, financial reporting, monitoring and evaluation of the budget; the need for petty cash limit rules and warning letters in case of violations. On the first day of the second session, the workshop was attended by 11 participants, namely the Head of BPM and 3 BPM staff, Ka. Unit Monevin, Ka. PPM Unit, Ka. Unit AIK, Ka. KHP Unit, Head of BISKOM along with 1 BISKOM staff, and Ka.Bid. Information Systems. The workshop in the second session discussed the Revision of the Quality Standards of the Learning Budget, Qass.uad.ac.id Version 2, and the QASS Review. The results of the discussion of the second workshop session include the plan for form calibration activities with SAPTO and the determination of audit instruments to be included in the QASS.
