The implementation of collaboration between the Quality Assurance Agency of Ahmad Dahlan University (UAD) and the Internal Quality Assurance Agency of Nobel Indonesia Business and Technology Institute (ITB Nobel Indonesia) in the form of internal auditor training was conducted on February 21-22, 2023. The two-day event began with the signing of an Implementing Arrangement. On the first day, discussions revolved around Internal Quality Assurance Systems (SPMI), Quality Audits, and the implementation of Internal Quality Audits (AMI), starting from planning to writing findings. On the second day, a role-play of audit execution and formulating findings as follow-ups from the material received on the first day were conducted. In this activity, 10 participants from ITB Nobel Indonesia were present, who would later be appointed as internal auditors after completing the training and being appointed by the leadership of ITB Nobel Indonesia. The presenters at this training were Imam Santosa (Head of Internal Quality Audit Division) and Agung Kristanto (Head of External and Recognition Division).

The Management Review Meeting (RTM) AMI 22 was held on Wednesday, January 18, 2023. The RTM activity marks the final stage of the annual evaluation process, which includes the Internal Quality Audit (AMI). The RTM was chaired directly by the rector and attended by all leaders, including vice-rectors, deans, vice-deans, and heads of study programs. During the meeting, various topics were discussed, including the results of AMI 22, feedback results, previous RTM outcomes, the achievement of strategic plan indicators, changes that could affect the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI), and various recommendations for follow-up plans.

Based on the results of AMI 22, various information regarding the achievement of the 48 standards at UAD was obtained. Improvements in the achievement indicators of standards compared to the results of AMI 21 were noted in several areas, such as Graduate Competency Standards, Learning Content Standards, Standards for Lecturers and Staff, Research Process Standards, Research Infrastructure Standards, Research Content Standards, Research Assessment Standards, Community Service Infrastructure Standards, Community Service Implementation Standards, Community Service Management Standards, Community Service Content Standards, Community Service Assessment Standards, AIK Lecturer Human Resources Standards, Graduation Standards, Academic Support Implementation Standards, Student Interests and Talents, New Student Admission Standards, New Student Orientation Standards, Student Registration & Enrollment Standards, Research & Community Service by Students Standards, Vision Mission Objective Targets Standards, Library Standards, SPMI Standards, Governing Standards, Lecturer Ethical Violation Standards, Quality Assurance Documentation System Standards, and Identity Standards.

An important outcome of the RTM is a series of follow-up plans summarized in the RTM Minutes. Various improvement action plans have been agreed upon, including topics such as Outcome-Based Education, Learning Monitoring and Evaluation, Credit Transfer, Analysis of Feedback Results, On-Time Graduation, International Student Numbers, Research and Community Service with International Funding. The realization of these follow-up plans will be part of the monitoring and evaluation activities monitored by the Quality System Controller under the coordination of the Quality Assurance Agency.
