Internal Quality Audit Management Review Meeting Period 23
The Internal Quality Audit (AMI) at Ahmad Dahlan University (UAD) has progressed to its 23rd period. The annual agenda, held at the end of the academic year, is an effort towards continuous improvement. The theme for AMI 23 is “Measurement of Achievement Indicators Standards with a Focus on Vision and Mission.” This theme is chosen to ensure that all units have formulated visions, missions, and strategic plans (Renstra/Renop) in line with the University’s Vision, Mission, and Strategic Plan. The AMI process begins with self-assessment by each unit, followed by internal auditor assessments. The AMI process concludes with a Management Review Meeting (RTM) to discuss all AMI results and other relevant topics.
The RTM was attended by all leaders from the university, faculties, departments, and study programs. Presentation materials included the results of the AMI, which outlined the performance achievements of each unit based on internal auditor assessments. The analysis of the internal auditor assessments also examined the achievement of standard indicators at UAD to identify areas for improvement. Additionally, feedback results were presented as an effort to obtain evaluations from students, faculty, and staff as a basis for system improvement. The previous RTM outcomes, which focused on Outcome-Based Education discussions, were also presented, along with process performance based on data available on des.uad.ac.id. Efforts to prepare systems for prevention and improvement actions and activities to respond to the latest regulations from Permendikbudristek were discussed as well. The results of the discussions were documented in the RTM Minutes, which contained various improvement recommendations.
