Internal Workshop of UAD Quality Assurance Board (BPM) January 6, 2018

The second day of the BPM internal workshop was held on Saturday, January 6, 2018 at the Buzz Room POP Hotel Timoho. The workshop ran from 08.00 – 17.00 and was divided into two sessions. The entire session was attended by 10 participants, namely the Head of BPM and three BPM staffs, Ka. Unit Monevin, Ka. PPM Unit, Ka. KHP Unit, Head of University Office, and Senior Auditor. This workshop discussed the 2017/2018 BPM Work Plan, Evaluation of Quality Goal Achievements, Measurement of Quality Goals, Integration of Quantitative Data Forms and AMI, Completion of AMI 17 Instruments, Quality Policy Discussion. The results of the discussion on the second day of the workshop included the need for making a checklist of UAD quality standards for SPMI; preparation of a summary of quality standards for the preparation of forms; input for quality policy (writing missions numbered 1-4; the PPEPP cycle continues to be carried out, monitoring and evaluation continue to be developed; charts plus research standards, service, AIK, and UAD standards; ensuring UAD missions are carried out consistently).
