Main Tasks of BPM

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Observing, managing, and coordinating the proposal of institutional/departmental grant programs offered by both domestic and international donor agencies as well as internal grants.
2. Developing and implementing internal monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to ensure accountability and quality of university operations and all units of work.
3. Developing and implementing institutional accreditation processes for units of work.
4. Serving as a liaison between the university and other certification and accreditation bodies.
5. Developing and managing quality systems required by units of work to achieve better performance.
