On September 10, 2021, BPM UAD received a benchmarking visit from LPM of Universitas Muhammadiyah Bangka Belitung. The online activity was attended by Dr. apt. Nining Sugihartini, M.Si. as Head of UAD BPM, Mr. Imam Santosa, S.T., M.T. as Head. AMI, Mr. Agung Kristanto, M.T., Ph.D. as Head. AME & Rekognisi, and Mr. Rizqa Awalia Rahman, S.E., M.Acc. as Head. Financial Audit at BPM UAD. Meanwhile, from LPM Universitas Muhammadiyah Bangka Belitung sent 2 representatives; Mrs. Winda Purnama Sari, M.Pd. and Mrs. Diana Pramesti, M.Pd.

This activity aims to share experiences and best practices related to the implementation of SPMI in each university. In the discussion, which lasted for about 3 hours, it was agreed that university-level cooperation would be proposed, and one of the implementations of the collaboration was in the field of quality assurance.

In 2020, BPM conducted the 20th Period Internal Quality Audit (AMI). The opening was held on November 27, 2020 by the Chancellor. The AMI agenda has been delayed from the actual schedule due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The theme of the event was Mapping of Study Program Readiness Based on APS 4.0. The AMI was implemented online to adapt to the pandemic situation by utilizing the Quality Assurance Support System (QASS) Information System. 36 auditors were deployed in the AMI implementation which involved 11 faculties and 52 study programs as auditees. At the opening of AMI, 14 new auditors were also appointed. The new auditors have also been involved in this event by acting as a team member in order to learn from the more senior auditors. The problems found in the implementation of AMI were discussed for follow-up in the Faculty Management Review Meeting, and the whole event was ended with a University Management Review meeting held in January 2021.
