- Providing consultation as a partner and supporting the implementation of quality assurance at the faculty level.
- Conducting quality assurance socialization at the faculty level.
- Assisting in the development of quality assurance at the faculty and university levels.
- Monitoring and evaluating the implementation of quality assurance at the faculty level.
- Actively communicating as a representative of quality assurance at the faculty level.
- Monitoring stakeholder satisfaction measurements at the faculty level.
- Monitoring the preparation of accreditation forms and self-evaluation at the faculty level.
- Monitoring the examination and achievement of quality targets at the faculty level.
- Managing complaints based on the Operational Procedure for Requesting Corrective and Preventive Actions at the faculty level.
- Monitoring the follow-up of Internal Quality Audit, External Quality Audit, and Internal Financial Audit findings at the faculty level.
- Monitoring the documentation of the PPEPP at the faculty level.
- Acting as the quality assurance coordinator at the faculty and program levels.
